My journey into nutritional harmony and mindfulness began after years of battling IBS, GERD, and a H. Pylori infection. The antibiotic treatment, while necessary, eradicated both good and bad bacteria, leaving me very unwell with low immunity, iron deficiency and blurred to name a few and without guidance on how to restore to full health. I embarked on a research-driven path to heal my gut, I'm here to share that knowledge so no one else feels alone like i did.
My turning point was when I started feeling truly well – energized, free of intolerances, with color returning to my face and a spring in my step, all through Nutrition,exercise and mindfulness.
The biggest challenge has been navigating ultra-processed foods and hidden gluten/lactose. Embracing a Mediterranean diet and prioritizing self-love, reflection, and relaxation have been crucial for becoming the best version of myself.
